Emma THEOFILUS has been the youngest Minister in Africa since Monday, March 23, 2020, in Namibia (Southwest Africa). The 23-year-old Namibian woman was appointed Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technologies of Namibia by the President of the Republic of the country, HE Mr. Hage GEINGOB.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, in addition to becoming the youngest Minister in Africa, Emma Theofilus also becomes Namibia's youngest Member of Parliament.
