Shipowner, reserve colonel and mayor of La Rochelle

Born on April 12, 1865 in Les Vans and died on September 2, 1944, he was a shipowner, reserve colonel, who became mayor of La Rochelle. Deported for acts of resistance, he was executed during the night of September 1 to 2, 1944.
