Ghislaine Guerida

Financial Director

Passionate about financial engineering and a graduate of ESCP Europe in 1992, she worked at Arthur Andersen in Paris before returning to Morocco. She joined the royal holding company ONA (now SNI), where she stayed for 10 years, then the Compagnie marocaine des hydrocarbures (now Winxo).

After leading the Amplitude Conseil firm, she joined the OCP group, in 2010, as an advisor to CEO Mostafa Terrab, at a time when the world's leading exporter of phosphate products was accelerating its investments to increase its capacity. Since 2013, as Executive Director in charge of finance and management control, she has been responsible for diversifying the group's sources of financing. The €200 million loan from the German development bank KFW is theirs. OCP's international rating is theirs too. The €1.1 billion bond issue is still theirs.

She is the only female member of the management committee that enabled the group to implement its African development plan: the construction of a fertilizer factory in Jorf Lasfar, whose production will be entirely intended for Africa, and a project in partnership with Gabon, for an investment of 1.7 billion euros.
