Maxwell Chikumbutso

Zimbabwean inventor

The Zimbabwean who violates the laws of physics

His inventions: wireless television, unlimited-range electric vehicles, and more.

Maxwell Sangulani Chikumbutso, founder of Saith Holdings Inc., is a self-taught engineer who dropped out of school at the age of 14. He is known for developing a revolutionary green energy technology that directly converts radio frequencies into clean, renewable energy. According to his confession, his invention was denied patent protection due to the distrust and doubts of the commission responsible for granting and reviewing patents.

Luis Cupenala, an Angolan businessman based in South Africa and chairman of the Bongani Group, is one of the few Africans to have invested in Maxwell Chikumbutso's Saith Technologies. This investment enabled Chikumbutso to manufacture the first prototypes using his unique technology. He was able, for example, to install this technology in a car, making it the world's first electric car that converts radio frequencies into energy.

In other words, his electric car has no charging system due to its perpetual motion – zero emissions – so it runs on pure energy only. He also invented a multi-fuel helicopter.
